Cooking Menu Smoked Haddock Casserole,
Ingredients: 250g smoked haddock, 500g potatoes, 1 onion, 2 leeks, 1 small fennel bulb, 8 young turnips, 500ml milk, 500ml chicken stock, 50g butter, chervil and parsley.
Preparation: Cut the potatoes into small cubes, finely chop the leeks, onion and fennel.
Cooking: Put the potato cubes, onion, leeks and fennel into the milk and stock and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Take out the vegetables and put in the haddock and cook until tender. Then add the vegetables again. Stir in the remaining ingredients, add seasoning and serve.
