2 large kingfish steaks,
olive oil,
juice of 1 lemon,
1 teaspoon of tarragon (dried). |

| Preparation: |
Wash the kingfish steaks and pat dry with kitchen towel.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in an oven proof dish with the lemon juice and
tarragon.
Marinade the fish in the mixture for 1 hour turning once. |
| Cooking: | Cover with foil and bake in the oven 180deg for 25 minutes. Serve with green salad. |
