| Cooking Menu | Grilled mussels: |

2.2lb/1kg mussels, 50g breadcrumbs, 2 cloves of
garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley, a large chopped tomato, some olive oil
and either lemon or lime juice. |

| Put the mussels in a saucepan, put the lid on and put over a high heat until they open. Allow to cool. | |
| Break off and throw away one shell leaving you with the mussel in the other half. | |

Mix the breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and tomato together, add a
little salt and freshly ground pepper then share it between the
mussels.
Pour over a little olive oil and grill until the mussels are golden brown and bubbling. Serve with some lemon/lime juice depending on your taste. |
