Cooking Menu Grilled mussels:

2.2lb/1kg mussels, 50g breadcrumbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley, a large chopped tomato, some olive oil and either lemon or lime  juice.

Put the mussels in a saucepan, put the lid on and put over a high heat until they open. Allow to cool.
Break off and throw away one shell leaving you with the mussel in the other half.
Mix the breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and tomato together, add a little salt and freshly ground pepper then share it between the mussels.

Pour over a little olive oil and grill until the mussels are golden brown and bubbling. Serve with some lemon/lime juice depending on your taste.
