| Cooking Menu | Grilled sea bream and green sauce: |

4 Sea Bream, 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leafed parsley,
2 tablespoon of chopped mint, 1 clove of garlic - mashed, 2 chopped
anchovy fillets, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 10 chopped gherkins, 4
tablespoon virgin olive oil, 1 lemon thickly sliced. |

| Sauce: |
Mix the anchovy fillets, parsley, mint, garlic, mustard and gherkins
with a little oil to make a sauce. Season with pepper. |
| The fish: |
Slash the side of the fish and grill until the flesh in the centre
comes away from the bone ~ around 5 minutes. Turn over and repeat. |
| To serve | Allow the fish to cool for a few minutes, pour over the sauce and decorate with the lemon. |
