Cooking Menu Grilled sea bream and green sauce:

4 Sea Bream, 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leafed parsley, 2 tablespoon of chopped mint, 1 clove of garlic - mashed, 2 chopped anchovy fillets, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 10 chopped gherkins, 4 tablespoon virgin olive oil, 1 lemon thickly sliced.
