The island is set
between the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique in the Caribbean. Most diving is
on the west coast, but dive centres may risk the Atlantic east coast in
good weather.
Dominica is an ideal whale watching point and you should see dolphins, sea horses, arrow crabs, flying gunnards and frog fish below water. Visibility is often 80'/25metres with water temperatures ranging between 25C - 28C/82F. |
