RAMBOULIS

Agios Efimia town, is very quiet, little sandy beaches great for kids and non divers. The dive shop is very well set up with all the facilities you are likely to want or need (air, nitrox, weights etc). The dive centre is owned and run by partners  Makis & Kiriakos both of whom are extremely proficient and welcoming. The dive centre has 2 ribs one at 8metres and one at 9 metres. Should anyone want to go on spec contact the centre and they will try to arrange accommodation in the town or nearby. Now to the dive- I only had time for one. Out on the rib, dropped in an area called RAMBOULIS. Great vis about 20+ metres, temp 23c. Not bustling with life but a pleasant dip to 22 metres with a slow ascent after 30mins. Surfaced in a pretty little bay where Makis was putting a novice lady of mature age through a try dive, which he did with great patience and good humour. She enjoyed it so much that she burst into tears of joy when she got back on the rib. In closing I would recommend the island, the people, this dive centre to you all. See you in da water.
