Jordan has a good coral sea ...but it can be cold in winter.

The Dead Sea is a salt lake 800 metres below the Mediterranean and is saturated with salts. It is between Israel and Jordan. There is no underwater life and no diving without face masks. The water temperature is 33C-39C. (90-100 degrees Fahrenheit).
