Spain

Gomera is one of the smaller Canary Islands at about 15 miles (25 km) in diameter, with very diverse scenery. Like all of these islands, La Gomera is volcanic in origin, with steep drops towards the sea from a relatively flat central plateau. There are 30 000 inhabitants, The highest mountain, Garajonay, reaches nearly 1500 m.

There are a number of charter and scheduled flights to Tenerife and Gran Canaria from where it is possible to connect to Gomera.
