Well, there are many dive centers so the diving should be good. Can you provide us with some dive site details please? How about High Island 389 (a natural gas rig in the Gulf of Mexico, off Freeport, Texas). It's by the Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary so there should be plenty to see.
